Roses Grow Where Death Soon Resides
Something so delicate,
A single dainty rose,
Grew into a garden we couldn’t keep track of.
There were suddenly more thorns than leaves
And blood trickled
Onto the mahogany ground they sprouted from.
How could something so beautiful
turn into something so painful?
