Paint Me Ava
Paint Me Like I Am
I know this it is our confidence that controls us.
It always was
It always will be
I know this nobody thinks just about themselves
we look at everyone around us
We always want what someone else has
I know this we thrive off of the schievements and downfalls of each other
I think nobody loves their own flaws as they
they love the flaws of someone else.
Our view of ourselves
will make or break us.
Our confidence level
Influences all of our opinnions.
(it is our loss.)
We need to listen to our compliments
We need to hear our own voices
We need to respect imperfections
Of our own flaws
I know growing up with social media is hard
I know we have learned we should look a certain way
I know we will want everything we don't have
Instead of loving what we have
Even through we are perfect
We need to thrive off of our flaws
We need imperfections...We deserve love
We owe it to ourselves to re-create beauty
And find a way to be happy no matter what we look like
Paint me flawed Paint me happy Paint me Ava
I am a poet
