I will never sing without thinking of you
Fingertips strumming chords
crisp, warm tones vibrating against the amplifier
my heart follows
no radiant lights, echoing mics, filled seats
only your honey, sultry melody
wind rises following the light door
“What songs do you know?”
rosy tip ears, cheeks glow
protected from humid, thick rays
settled on the glossy, black stage
cords intertwining over neon tape
humming to push away
your soft, almond eyes on me
your song swells into my ears
unguarded and freely
I blend into hymn
“Oh, you’re the best part”

It’s a moment I won’t forget but we all know that. I thought it was just gonna be only a singing session, only to find myself crushing more on this person. I don’t regret having this moment. I love to sing but it’s attractive when you find someone who is passionate in what they do. That lyric in the end is by Daniel Caesar + H.E.R (Best Part)
