Mutterseelenallein
At first, there was a black void.
The void had nothing.
It was a simple void as you would be eternally falling.
There was no end, yet there was no start.
There was silence.
Then, you could hear it.
You could hear something amazing being created!
You could hear sirens wail as people spoke in confusion!
There was a mom sobbing earlier-
She was sobbing because her precious daughter wouldn’t wake up.
A limp and pale daughter,
Still breathing,
Still pumping out blood,
But, no longer seeing.
Instead of seeing, she fell asleep.
She fell into a deep sleep,
A long sleep where she wouldn’t wake up.
Yet, she wouldn’t meet an entity.
The void was still a void until…
The girl came.
She was quite a creative girl,
Making her own world without involving herself in it.
Making characters and borrowing ideas from fainted memories.
Gods and Goddesses from all ages and size
Flocked the void.
They painted the void in a beautiful color.
White dots would blink in the sky,
Some of them would even die.
There was a yellow orb that was being circled around by eight planets.
It was so bright and hot.
Too hot and too bright for a living being.
But, there was a planet.
A planet that wasn’t too small yet not too big.
It was painted with green and blue.
There was another planet too.
It was covered in red dust and was a bit wet.
Who knew such planets could contain life forms.
The blue and green planet was called Earth-
Its barren counterpart was called Mars.
These names sounded familiar to the girl.
But, she didn’t wake up nor did she care.
Humanoids,
Both supernatural and normal,
Flocked both planets.
They thrived as they created their own names.
Their own names in history.
Each humanoid was very different.
Some were mutated by other humans,
Some were born the way they were,
And some simply looked like normal people.
They had all their unique appearances.
But, they got along because they were together no matter what.
There were wars that ended with sacrifices.
A more well-known sacrifice was a young boy,
He sacrificed himself.
He left behind five friends who told his story.
Every day, something new happened.
A god or goddess would be created from a burning, bright light.
The girl created this world all by herself.
But, no one woke her up.
No one stopped her from being the puppeteer.
The girl knew perfectly what she was doing.
She knew that she was in a coma.
She saw nothing but black.
An empty black void.
An empty black void that haunted her ears.
It wasn’t silence.
It was full of happiness and laughter.
It was one of her ideas that she had dreamed of.
She had wished for a perfect world.
A world that was full of joy and happiness.
She had it all with a few wars here and there yet-
Why couldn’t she see it?
Why couldn’t she see the world she had created?
So many smiles went unseen by her.
So many people were happy without her.
Her thoughts were taunting her,
Poking at her,
Pulling her strings,
Until she saw red and green.
She was jealous that she couldn’t reach it.
She couldn’t reach the world that was beautiful-
So beautiful that the sun blessed the galaxy itself with the world’s existence.
She wanted to see it.
She was the one who made it.
So, why couldn’t she see it?
She was angry, wrathful, upset?
She didn’t know.
But, she was seeing red too.
It was burning red that blinded her.
It burned her skin
She wanted something to cool her down but,
She kept on feeling like she was on fire.
She tried to cry out,
Fire coming out of her throat.
Why did it burn?
Why did it hurt?
She was scared.
She wanted to see her friends again.
She needed to see them again.
She wanted to be in their embrace.
She wanted to feel their arms around her.
She wanted to hear their voices,
Hear them defend her,
Hear their laughter,
She wanted to see their smiles that lightened up her day.
She wanted to smell the fragrance that they wore so bravely,
They were strong but,
She didn’t care.
They smelled like lavenders.
Maho… Fusanosuke… where did you go?
Why did you leave me here?
I’m scared.
I can’t breathe.
Help me.
She missed the twins.
She missed them so much.
She missed everyone’s laughter,
Even the people who looked at her in disgust.
She wanted to feel pain.
She wanted all these emotions to become alive again.
She wanted to feel alive.
She tried to wake up.
But, her body refused.
This heaven wasn’t a heaven,
It was barely even close from being heaven.
The void soon grew quiet.
The silence was mocking her.
It was making fun of her.
She hated it.
She didn’t want to be here anymore.
Why can’t she wake up?
Suddenly, a jolt of pain jolted through her.
She had become used it.
It was like if she was being shoved.
It was normal…
It felt real.
Then,
She woke up.
A girl woke up in a hospital bed.
The strong scent of cute, scented toys entered her nose,
A smell she has been waiting to smell.
She sat up, realizing there was a mask on her face.
A journal that looked a bit damp was on her lap.
She picked it up and opened it.
She started tearing up as she flipped through the pages.
These pages were full of characters.
These characters were her own characters.
She heard their laughter and felt their happiness.
The paper was soft yet, it was hard due to it being wet previously.
She flipped to the back, not caring for paper cuts.
Her eyes widened as she saw a message written on the back.
She started sobbing as doctors and nurses soon flooded into the room.
Some tried to calm her down and some were glad she was awake.
They tried their best to see if she was in a good state but-
She kept on crying.
A message full of love that she thought she never had in life,
Suddenly appeared in the form of her dreams and nightmares.
