Paths
I walk on this path over and over
From the walks by the sea to the sunny spring days
But no season can last forever
Just like how all my lies can’t stay inside forever
You can’t free yourself from this pain
That’s a different path
Someone needs to save you from this pitch black darkness
But tomorrow will be different
Because the dawn with be a little brighter than yesterday
But the idea of that will be lost in my mind that I was on the right path
But don’t leave me stuck in the corner with my shadows
Just please come back.
I can’t handle my mind alone.
Just change the rules before the world falls apart on me
Like a house of cards
Even though I don’t see the end of the path
Help me before I collapse
Let me know the path to take before the promises we made disappear
Help me erase the sad memories of me in your mind
Cause what’s the point of living when you have
No wings No shoulder to cry on.
Because I can’t run away from these problems forever
I need to let you go
Because that’s how our paths split
Because this world is different from yesterday.
Because tomorrow I won’t be here.

Paths come together and break. We meet people along our path, but some fall off. Sometimes we fall off.
