Believing In a Lie
Walking alone everywhere I go
Always seems that people are watching my every move
Finding peace but soon getting it ripped away
Walking by myself
Watching everything go by
Every move I make worries me for mistakes
Looking for the peace again
Around every corner looking for safety
Every corner looking for freedom
Everything is moving too quickly
Now that \feeling of being alone is back
Scared and worried
I need to feel free
Finding peace once more
I start to enjoy life again
No more worries
Peace is slowly disappearing
More worries are coming my way
Taking very little bit of hope I had left
Every word said to me is a lie
People will say they know everything and that everything is going to be okay
We all want the feeling of safety
We all want the feeling of freedom that was there once more
People are watching my every move looking for mistakes
Finding someone or something to help with this feeling
Wanting to feel joy and no more sadness
Believing in a lie was a mistake
Finding that thing to help was a journey
Once I’ve found that hope and peace I can start a new journey
People are starting to notice that I’m around
Finding that hope once again changed me in different ways
Now that I’ve found hope no more believing in lies
