My best friend is the building done in Allentown
In this mini world of interesting characters and learning,
I find peace.
This building is sturdy,
Its frame is gold,
And it gives me that structure every day.
I’m a creature of habit,
And how I love it.
Despite its shadows,
I feel safe in its halls,
Because I have been told it will guide me in my nursery rhythms,
Its ceiling goes to Zeus,
And its corners are rounded for mistakes,
My friend is clingy but dear to me,
So I spend 5/7 days playing with them.
But my friend has killed my spirit
So that I could love them.
