Self Reflection
You talk to me all the time
Sometimes good but mostly sad
Whenever you need reassurance you look at me right in the face
Listening to me tell you “you are worthless”
Or “today will be better”
I have seen it all
Tears and joy
I have seen you alone and with others
I thought I was more important to you
I was wrong
One day she made you angry
Real angry
The next thing I knew I was all over the floor
My hand cut up pretty bad
“Not again!” I hear
And I was easily replaced
But seven years of bad luck followed with you
