Where I come from, the 90 degree summers transform into icy winters.

And sun rays transform into bitter sub-zero temperatures of snow days.

Where I come from, one month it’s boats,

another month it’s snowmobiles.

One month it’s wakeboarding,

another month it’s ice fishing.

Where I come from, the change in seasons is important.

Where I come from, we have cornfields instead of city blocks.

Instead of skyscrapers and parking lots,

we have hills and lakes.

I come from the scenery of trees which paint the seasons,

and the colors go through a rainbow of change.

I come from where the sun glistens off the water.

Where I come from, nature is important.

Where I come from, we’re at lake during summertime,

and catching bass in the summer  sun.

I come from the lake where I grew up spending my summers.

I come from tubing and wakeboarding,

swimming slowly and steady sailing,

and fishing.

Where I come from, the lake is important.

Where I come from, Packer games remain a Sunday tradition,

and no one is as revered as Aaron Rodgers.

I come from loyal Packer fans with Super Bowl memories.

I come from Brewers tailgates, and nightly Bucks games.

Where I come from, stars

like Yelich, Giannis, and Jordy helped me grow.

Where I come from, sports are important.
