Wow, I Forgot How Much I Love the Outdoors!!!
Steven told me all about
Alaska's long stretches of darkness,
And how suicide rates
Are way higher then than at any other
Time of the year.
I've been thinking about that
A lot lately;
How sunlight correlates to happiness,
How it promotes serotonin production;
I think that's true.
I feel so grateful for the Sun,
And for the weather as of late
(Even though I know it's climate change,
I love the warmth).
Sixty degrees in February.
