Go to practice hardworking
To run hard and determined.
Go get a quick burst
To be first.
Get out and run,
To beat the gun and get number one.
Get the lead,
To be freed into the empty woods with hills and valleys.
Stay rested,
To get to run competically in college
The hills are bumpy,
When you race in cross country.
