Blesssings
Bless the homeless child's hairless head,
Moldy cheese, the dead animals, a dead girl,
And messed up face.
Bless the paper, the board, the wall,
The broken door, and the messed up cord.
Bless the broken clocks, the over-sized desk,
The choreography of the pencils, the poetry,
And eyes for noticing kindness.
Bless the notebook with poetry, the cracks,
The floor, the dead grass, the dead trees.

I'm in a magnet program in creative writing, dance at MPVAMS. i also do cheer and track. I wrote this poem because i wanted to bless things that we don't normally bless.
Thank you for considering my poem. I hope you like it.
