His Eyes
His irises remind you of dark coffee swirling inside of the pot on Saturday morning and give off the same kind of warmth when you look in them. The way they squint when he smiles or laughs will make you want him do it again and again. His eyelids rest lazily, giving him a calm, tired look. His pupils fill his irises black when he looks at me, just like mine do when I look at him. His glasses frame them like twin paintings in an art museum. While people might say his and many other’s eyes are boring and dull, but I love his dark coffee brown more than my ocean blue. Eyes are much like art, they can be interpreted in different ways, and display all emotion.
