blind love
he’s my prettiest dream
and my worst night mare
the thought of him makes
the butterflies I hold captive in my torso
bubble up and fly in circles
they are in blind love
But when the butterflies die
and fade away
the vail is lifted
I see him for what he was all along
he makes my heart ache and my mind panic,
my anxiety grows and my paranoia deepens
it’s amazing how someone can be the person you long for and fear the most
