Out of all doubts and discords,
Snobs and sniffles,
I traversed a wonderful journey
With my science teacher!

As I leaf through the pages
Of my science book,
The transits of  this journey
Pop up in my cerebrum
Like hydrogen does, when ignited!

Before the lessons of my science book
Gushed in my brain like a brook,
I had him
To channelize my adrift stream!

Before the chemical reactions
Exploded in my mind,
I had him
To make this explosive-fire steady!

Always a good teacher,
Sometimes a friend,
Sometimes a frenemy,
And sometimes father-like!

With all these paternal
And genial vibes,
He describes,
The phenomenon of science!
