Every Parents Fear
It’s every parent’s fear,
Not watching their little ones grow up each year,
A burden someone has to bear,
Never knowing when and where.
Someone you devoted your life to being no longer.
Wishing they would have grown bigger and stronger.
Questioning where you went wrong being left in a ponder.
Filled with everlasting grief and wander.
To adjust and have to relearn,
Every process without your child in turn.
It’s a every parents fear,
Being without your baby you held dear.
