A Day In No Shoes
Everyday
Is a day in no shoes
You close your eyes and the darkness swallows you-
It spits you out.
Sleeping like a dog on the floor,
Detached and disconnected from reality
Constant feeling of
Hopelessness,
Nothingness,
For reasons you cannot seem to figure out.
You are a burden
The pile of nails rests heavily on your chest,
You are here physically
Mentally elsewhere
The reason is not identified
Unknown
And your heroin is nothing
