My version
The world as we see it might be going to Hell
Shootings
Bombings
Riots
Killings
Are all human doings
Hurricanes
Irma
Henry
Maria
Jose
Earthquakes
All Natural disasters
Everything keeps tearing this world apart
When is it going to stop? When we’re all dead?
Week after week another disaster
When do we get a break
Mass shootings in Vegas
Rioting in St. Louis
Hurricanes in Florida and Puerto Rico
Bombings in Manchester
Earthquakes in California
Flowers may be willing, but people dying isn’t what anyone thought would happen
Maybe only a few but this is
Hundreds, thousands, millions dead
Life is a cruel thing just to end like that
A snap of your fingers
Whether you know them or not
Death is death
