What will happen in the bay today?
A lot happens at the bay everyday.
It's a very popular spot for many,
And it's difficult stay away from.

The invasive roots cover much of the area
Many graceful birds fly
Groups of freshman are there in the morning causing mass hysteria
And the sunset changes the color of the sky.

Everyone at the bay goes and takes a pic
So they could post it and say stuff like, "Only at La Salle."
Like it's their justification as to why this school was their top pick.
I never claim to be on a higher level of moral

And it may seem cynical of me,
But I believe people don't get to appreciate fully.
For me I go to the bay to because I can go appreciate its aesthetic.
It's where I go after school to admire it when it isn't as hectic.

To appreciate the calmness and stillness in the afternoon
When I'm there by myself to appreciate it fully before I leave soon
