Upside Down

The world flips 180 degrees
The clouds are on the ground
The trees grow down.
And everything fades into darkness.
The depth of the pond is revealed.
Cold, Dark, Abandoned.
All alone in this upside down world.
The faint chirping of birds
Slowly disappears into silence.
The once calm water comes to life.
Urging you closer,
It swallows you whole.
So you can forever be trapped
In the upside down world.
