She Is
A light in the darkness.
A breeze creeping in.
She does not hide when the trumpet shouts.
She does not submit to the taming of men.
She walks through the woods,
A deer landing softly.
She flies through the trees,
A falcon cawing loudly.
She will not hide when the axe falls.
She will not hide when the fire roars.
She is beautiful, she is kind.
She is Nature, she is proud.
She does not hide when the trumpet sounds.

I love the way nature has the capability of expressing itself and wanted to convey that feeling. Poetry seemed like the best option.
