I Met the Devil at a Gas Station
I met the devil at a gas station and
As we crossed paths
I nodded and
He told me a secret.
The world was changed and
I know that by the end
I was ready to descend to Hell with
A smile on my face.
But when he vanished
The fluorescent lights dimmed and
So did the memory of
A worthwhile inferno.

I'm Evelyn! I based this poem off a friend's paranormal experience since it was something that I found very intriguing.
