Breads, circuses, and warm hugs,
Are sweet like candy
They are our favorite past times and indulgences,
And like candy,
They can make us weak, spoiled, and fat
And they have.

The biggest issue we have in the first world is that we have become far too complacent. Not enough of us are rubbing the elbow grease, and too many of us are will to just lie back and consume.
We pay entirely too much attention to feelings and how we can cushion them with soft words and therapy. If I had a dime for every person in this country that has soft palms, I would have enough money buy a lamborghini, and a yacht, and still have enough left over to balance my budget.
