Darkness Closes

The darkness closes in on me I hide my things from everyone.
I show my joy and show my smile, show the girl that used to be.
But now the light is gone and the dark has come for me.
It has taken place of the girl that was the happy one.
I am the lonely one can’t you see.
I could still have emotions if you cared a little bit.
But all I could see in the mirror was the ugly inside me.
I am the new darkness that you see at night in your dreams.
I am forgotten and lonely, Is there anyone who will love me?
The darkness closes in on me I hide my things from everyone.
