What is this idea that is
Overlooked every single day?
It is what controls what you do.
It tells you when to do it.
It is like a mother that the
Universe has given you.
It makes the days feel like they
Are very long or very short.
It is how we plan what we do.
It is how we manage our responsibilities.
It will be something that you
Will want to forget forever or
Live it every day.
Sometimes it is lost.
Sometimes it is found.
Everything revolves around it.
Everything is based on it.
It is something taken for granted
Every day without any notice.
Time can and will change your life.

I have loved to write and I have always liked to read poems since I was in middle school. I am now a senior in high school and I have just decided to try to see if I'm any good or if my work is worth showing off. Teen ink would be a great way to just see how I am doing with my writing.
