I am from a blinding winter blizzard night of December 2000.

Socks carry out a mission,

for ten of my toes.

The winter winds touching my feet.

I am from the scar behind my right ear,

to the scar on the back of my head,

Ouch!!......

Physical traits which have an interesting, yet true story to tell.

I am from a home in the suburbs,

backyard swing set with a pogo stick bouncing skyward,

crashes to the ground as I descend back down,

a memory from that home in the suburbs.

I am from swinging and cracking my bat,

my first homerun at Merton Park,

to watching the twinkle fireworks at Magic Kingdom.

Moments in my life.

I am from dancing the night away at Prom,

sweaty and hot on the wooden dance floor,

Junior year with friends,

Making high school memories.

I am from a family with mottos….

Eat your vegetables,

Love the Green and Gold (Packers),

Just words spoken at the kitchen table.

I am from Kevin and Kelly,

          who gave me life.

Teaching me that family will be forever.
