It’s 2 am once again
He’s lying in his bed wide awake
Trying to decide
What do with his life
“I’m just a mistake”
“Would anyone care if I took myself away?”
2 am in another bed
A girl tosses and turns
Torn between the decision she made
She exposed his deadly secret
“what if he never forgives?”
She valued his life too much
To let him take it away
Time is running out
The darkness is closing in on them both
Will his heart be touched enough to stay?
Or will the girl cry her eyes out on his last day
And leave a single rose
On his grave
