To my ex best friend…

How are you?

I miss knowing about your life.

I miss our long conversations where you told me everything going on.

I miss knowing you

To my ex best friend…

Where are you?

I miss seeing you every day.

I miss us walking each other to class and eating lunch with you.

I miss seeing you

To my ex best friend…

Can I still come to you?

I miss our long talks

I miss you holding me in my bad times and telling me all will be alright

I miss trusting you

To my ex best friend…

Where did we go wrong?

I cant talk to you

I can’t look at you without wanting to cry

I miss the memories with you

To my ex best friend…

Can we fix things?

I want to work things out

I want to be able to talk and trust and care for you again

I miss loving you

To my ex best friend…

I miss you every day.

I think about you all the time

I think of the good times and the bad times and

I miss them all.

To my ex best friend…

Life is unbearable without you

I miss having you when I had no one else

I miss supporting you every chance I got

There is no one else I would want in my life besides you

To my ex best friend…

Can you be my best friend again?

I need you back in my life

I love you

I miss you

My best friend of 6 months used to mean the world to me. We were only close for a short time, but it seemed like we had known each other our entire lives. He would love and support me through whatever I was going through, and he was there for me when no one else was. Until one day, he decided he had enough. He walked out of my life as quickly as he had walked in. He left me with no explanation or reason why. Almost a year later, I can't say three words to him without shaking. I can't look at him without a feeling of sadness coursing through my body. My best friend has now become a stranger. This poem is dedicated to him. It's the things I wish I could tell him, and I wish he coud understand... I miss him.
