I love your voice,
your soft brown hair.
I love your eyes
and love your stare.

I love your laugh,
your cocky smirk,
your stupid jokes.
You precious jerk,

you know I do.
I want my hands
all through your hair
each treasured strand.

I’m wrapped around
your finger still.
Am I yet yours?
Your love does kill

the things I hold
so close to me
and yet you’re the
best jerk I see.

This is a great poem. But also aggravated me as well as reading the comments. As a guy, I am extremely passionate about the fact that all guys are jerks. Not all guys are jerks, and from my experience, girls just seem to enjoy being mistreated I guess. I have had it with girls who claim all guys are jerks, but they actually are just too blind to see that out of all the non-jerks surrounding her, she always goes for the one that looks like he could be the biggest jerk. Sometimes I actually think girls rate guys by their jerkiness. It disgusts me when I see guys that have no idea how to treat a girl always has a girlfriend, yet the ones that ARE caring and know what their doing are always left out in the cold. People really need to open their eyes and see it's them and not everyone else.
