Come gaze into the water love

Down through the turquoise of the sea,

To where the queen of mermaids lives

Who writes the scripts for you and me.

Her pages are the purest gold

Her pens are rainbow fishes hair,

And there she writes the fairy tales

For lovers hearts and dreams to share.



We'll go deep in the forest glade

Just at the rising of the moon,

And hear the king of unicorn's

Composing every lover's tune.

His harp is darkest ebony

The strings, vine's of ancient tree,

He writes the songs the river sings

And serenades for you and me.



We'll wander at the break of day

As bronze and Amber fleck the sky,

And watch a rainbow being made

To paint a shower by and by.

The queen and all her fairy maids

Mix fruits with secret magic dye's,

Then let it go to catch the sun

And be reflected in your eyes
