Cow Boy in Wranglers
Seven and nine, just two short years apart
She knew him her whole life long.
He thought of her as one of the gang
She had no idea she would fall in love with the cowboy in wranglers.

As they played on the back porch of the small white house,
Their papas would joke about them falling in love
Their mammas would just shake their heads and smile
She slowly began to fall in love with the cowboys and wranglers.

Time passed by and they grew older --
She went from little girl to young woman
He went from little boy to cowboy
She fell innocently in love with the cowboy in wranglers.

Spending hours by the lake just talking about life,
Their papas never believed they would actually fall in love
Their mamas would just shake their heads and smile
She was in love with the cowboy in wranglers.

A few years had passed them by--
They sat by the lake they loved so dearly
The cowboy got down on one knee
She said yes, to love with the cowboy in wranglers.

They walked down the isle and the whole town came
Their papas knew they would fall in love
Their mammas just shook their heads and smiled
She married the love of her life the cowboy in wranglers.

 Together the raised a family
Little cowboys and cowgirls filled the house
They had a perfect life because
She was madly in love with the cowboy in wranglers

 Time continued on until --
She was 87 he was 89
As they sat by the lake she looked into his eyes and said
“ I will always love my cowboy and wranglers.”
