I miss the days
of sweet-smelling,
honey-lighted haze
spent there.
I miss the days
of warm-breezy,
lovely new ways
spent there.
I miss the days
of peaceful quiet,
soft-hearted gaze
spent there.
I miss the days
of exciting spring,
but our charming love stays,
spent here.
