Honesty
I know we’ve had our tough times,
 We’ve lived through many lows.
A simple wrong turns into crime,
How we’ll get past, nobody knows.

Despite the hard and despite the bad,
 I still keep hanging on,
For, along with the rough times we’ve had,
Have been times far better than either of us has ever known.

Every night I love to hear your sweet voice say “Goodnight”
Then every morning, when I wake up, you’re who I want to see.
I think that this is special; just right,
And I hope you can agree.

So, my sweet, silly little boy,
Through this I hope that you believe,
You’ve filled my life all this time with joy,
And when I say, “I love you, babe,” it’s with complete honesty.
