Being a grown up
I seem to have forgotten my pursuits
My passions and interests have began to fall
Though it seems every time I get bored
I find myself with no plans on call
I've given my friends a salute
Forced only by me behind a cell wall
I seem to remember a day before I was bored
When? I’m not sure I can track the install
Was it when I dreamed myself in a space suit
maybe when I loved to draw
No it can’t have been that long before
I couldn't have been so small

Im a senior in high school, when writing this I thought about my life now compared to how I imagine it when I was younger and more care free.
