Little robin sitting with the crowd,
Little robin, vibrant red,
Your feathers were supposed to be steel,
What’s going on in your tiny little head?
Little robin, the day we met,
All my problems went away,
When a challenge rung. You appeared,
Little robin, what happened that day?
Cheetahs at the ready, preparing for the hunt,
Meanwhile, there was me, the runt, the snail,
As the flag was raised, off we went,
Little robin, feeling pain, as if shot by a nail,
The crowd grew louder, and fast,
You were silent and you were done
“Hey did you see? I finally won!”
Yet silence, and the only words that came out was “Gun,”
