The gravity of Earth,
Pulling the moon closer,
Just as you pull me,
I plant a kiss upon your cheek,
The impact like a meteor striking sand on a beach,
You cup my hands in yours,
As a ladle spoons out hot soup,
Shooting me a text as quick as a missile,
Even when we’re next to each other,
Just to show me how much you care,
You are my world,
You are my moon,
You are my everything,
And I love you for all you do for me.
