“It’s Not Time”
I had one of those moments
When I looked into your eyes
That made me think I’d want
To stay forever by your side

You seemed to be the answer
Who loved me, the question asked
But not that I sit here again without you
I don’t wish to take the question back

You changed me, you changed my world
You made me realize that there was more
You took my hand, and led the way
So why do I not at all feel sore

I guess the saying is its not who,
It’s when finally is falling into place
Because I realize not that there was
Nothing there, though it’s hard to face

It wasn’t that it wasn’t love
It wasn’t at all a mistake
It’s simply that the time wasn’t right
God was just to distracted to deal with fate
