Beautiful
The night was loaded with omens
Greiving sky
If we go, no tree crashes
If we stay, no snow falls
The trees were barbed-wired fences
Dangerous, disregarded, and difficult
The snow fall is like metal
Wind got up
Strange wind to me
I turned off the highway
On a shaley road
Brown grass
And small outcrops
A little farther along
A small house
Neither romantic nor mystic
What a place
Put my car in gear
And moved along
The moon was like a silver light in the sky
The moon was variations of sculptured hills
The map should fold
Coulees, cliffs, and clarity
Amazement, welcome amazement
Beautiful
