In the Light of Dawn

The overcast skies
Predict a tragedy
In need of heavy cries
Of rain pouring heavily
A sad truth
Made sadder by a mirror
Depicting such youth
Flooded by so many tears
The breath of life
Come to take you away
From where you hide
To a proper place to stay
Let the past be gone
To start over anew
In the light of dawn
To once again be you
