Riding on Light

Bleary, dizzy, flashes of light,
Confused I stumble,
Running free,
Can I ever escape,
Fear inside my head,
Riding on light,
Flashes of thunder,
Rain falling,
Noise all around,
Falling free,
Can you see me?
Hospital bed,
A beat goes out,
Slowing, downwards spiral,
Unconcious, and gone again,
Clean, white, flashes of light,
Storming outside,
A beep rings out,
But it never stops, no beats come out.
