My Family fourth of July party
My Family fourth of July party
Every year my family on my Dad's side of the family we get together and celebrate the fourth of July. Everyone brings something to eat and then the kid play basketball. My whole family arive there about 1:00 and we have a big party. We are normally their untill midnight.
When it gets dark we get the sparklers out and the poppers for the kids to play with. Someone always seems to get hurt but their have not ever been a injury so bad that they had to go to the hospital. My cousin Casey and I go over to Jacksonville and get fireworks. Then at about 9 we light the fireworks off and everyone watches. One year we had to do them in the rain and everyone had panches and umbrellas and the fireworks were still good. Each year we try and out due the last. One year we had this fire work called the war machine. When they shot it off it sounded like a cannon went off inside of my ear it was load.
We have little kids that run around and play. We gave them water balloons they were supposed to throw them at each other but instead they throw them at the adults and got in trouble. The other year I set a bag of poppers on fire and sparklers with them they shoot in the air and popped and freaked out all the adults. That's my family tradition.
