The crazy game
It was a casual Friday against the eigth graders,
But I always knew that they were invaders
I was thirteen years-old
And that how I “rolled”
In the Kenowa Hills gym,
Which was a little dim
As I started as a runner
And inside I was saying “ Oh brother”
The whistle blew,
before I tied my shoe
As I switched my position to defense
I felt a little suspence
I sprinted to my oponet
But then I noticed
My teammate don’t you see
Right across from me!
We crashed by chasing the same person
But yet it worsened
But in our wreck
She hit my neck
Then landing on my ankle,
That landed on a weird angle
I went to tell the teacher
Then he told me to go to the nurse’s bleacher
Later I got an ice pack
And also some time to relax
After school I went to the doctor and got a leg wrap
That overlaped
I can’t believe that playing capture the flag
Makes you feel like a punching bag
The next day I couldn’t do gym after that
And got a chocolate doughnut
But another day flew by and so did the pain
Then all of a suden I felt great again
