Disturbia (A Starry Night Ekphrastic Poem)
Warped blue skies and distorted yellow moons call for an incomprehensibe work of psychedelic art.
How is it so, that humans would rather stay in the comfort of their own homes rather than gaze this extraordinary sight?
During the night, when the Sun sleeps, the Moon appears to greet everyone, except, no one is there to watch.
Why would they miss stargazing, an ever-so-beautiful activity? The stars are irresistably marked on the sky's clear canvas, so why miss it?
Their opportunities are burning up, the Moon is becoming more and more disturbed. The skies following their commander. The sky will soon be unrecognizble.
Warped blue skies and distorted yellow moons call for a comprehensible work of psychedelic art.
