Hold Me Even Closer

Taste the fire, that's lit on my lips. Hear the silence, before an "I love you" slips. Smell the fragrance, of the perfume I wear. Feel the softness, as you run your hand through my hair. See the smile, that you put on my face as I remind you that love isn't a race. Put your hand over my heart, hold me close, and don't let me fall apart. Wipe my tears, as they fall from each eye and hold me even closer if I start to cry.
