Pills and Potions
She is the product of love,
Love is magic- a potion of sorts.
True love is pure of heart,
It doesnt change-.
In a world full of evil it seemed impossible,
Love persevered.
Bullied.
How could someone made of love,
Be hated by so many.
What could she have done,
Words did hurt her.
Scared of the open world,
An evil world.
She wasn’t picture perfect.
Not by choice,
A tumor made her that way.
Still loving the world,
She faced the words.
The evil wasn't able to break her.
Love was broken that day.
Nothing was left,
His queen stood alone.
With two products of love,
Memories were the only thing left.
He was dead.
Love in her mind was lost.
Impossible to love,
Everything leaves in time.
People change,
Love isn’t real.
Figment of the imagination.
She feels nothing,
Her heart is black.
She liked the idea of love,
Her producer’s story was grand.
A walking vessel of words and actions against her,
Pills are able to save her body.
Her mind is forever lost.
Never believing,
Ready to fight back.
Fight or flight,
Those people taught her well.
Reality is painful.
An actress.
Oscar award winning,
People don’t see the real her.
She built a wall,
To keep the words out.
Its her turn to throw the daggers.
Love?
He started to show her the world.
He gave her new eyes,
Broke down her walls.
Was given the key to her black heart,
He started to paint.
Painting an amazing picture over her heart.
She was able to feel,
Those pills were gone.
Five short months,
A lifetime of pain gone.
Disappeared.
A new actress.
A new love story perhaps,
They were unstoppable.
He guarded her from the hurtful words,
Always her knight in armour.
He held the destruct button.
He promised to keep it safe,
Five long months.
Safe from evil,
He held that button tight.
Some could say too tight.
He pushed that button.
Four small but powerful words,
I don’t need you.
She was broken,
All those emotions came back,
The painted red melted off her heart.
Pills.
Her only option,
She had to hide the pain.
She couldn’t let anyone see her,
The wall was up in seconds.
Taller than ever.
Love?
It isn’t real,
Sometimes the happy ending.
Isn’t what we expected,
But it is fate being truthful.
Happy endings dont exist.
Not in her existence.
Pills save her.
