Ode to Harry Potter
The Harry Potter series,
is more than just the best.
This particular series
clearly beats out all the rest.
A magical world
filled with the best
and worst
witches and wizards.
It starts out in Year One,
when a trio began
a journey to
Hogwarts of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
A lightning bolt scarred boy,
brought up by relatives,
never knew about wizardry
till his eleventh birthday.
A curly haired girl
with muggle parents
came to believe
in a world of magic.
And a ginger haired boy,
whose parents and siblings
are wizards,
knew he would be one too.
The trio's
seven long year journey,
battling with He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named
will never be forgotten.
