Cranbrook
As I rest in the field
I take in what is before me
A pond, shining in the sun
Animals and plants thriving
Mankind has not ruined this yet
The natural paths lead on
Creating a new world under the tree canopy
The wet leaves reflect the sunlight
The many trees and flowers go on
This world could stretch on forever
As I walk I see people
For once, no one rushes around
They are absorbed in the forest
Its beauty taking away all sense of time
Nature is pure
