Bored Green Vehicles
Bored Green Vehicles sit on a hill
In a home not as great
Tears slide down their faces
Knowing that they don’t do anything anymore
Looking down at the city where they once lived
At what sits there now.
The Cars drove from one place to the other
Trains rushed in and out of the city
Planes flew to and from other states
And Boats dashed across the waters
Now the vehicles sit on the hill
And watch the sun set on their old home

I thought a poem symbolizing vehicles that rot away as new ones take over was a perfect poem to write.
