World Filled with Hurt
Sometimes it feels deserved feeling so alone,
because your feelings aren't clearly shown.
Sometimes you feel like an outcast,
but it’s something you don't like to broadcast.
Sometimes feeling unlovable leaves a bite,
so you try to hide it with all your might.
Sometimes you feel suffocated,
but things are just “complicated”.
Sometimes you don’t feel like waking up tomorrow,
because your heart is filled with sorrow.
Sometimes you fear going to school,
It's just cruel.
Sometimes you might get anxiety,
caused by this wicked society.
Sometimes you feel like giving up,
But people aren’t ready for your close up.
Sometimes you might feel suicidal,
as if you put your life on trial.
You know this feeling? Well it’s time to start healing.
I’ve felt like this before, late nights consisting of not falling asleep till 4.
So if things start going down hill, i’d like to let you know, they call me Dr.Phil.
But many people feel like this, it’s not a “boo boo” that goes away with a kiss,
These are serious issues, that needs more than a box of tissues,
Most people hide behind a disguise, and people need to realize.
This world is filled with hurt, so we have to be alert,
This might be a bit cliche, but we need to make a difference today,
So instead of being hostile, flash a smile that can be seen from a mile,
I know this poem probably made you feel a bit queasy, and i know, it was cheesy,
But things like this need to stop, or else the population will continue to drop,
This is realitys brutality, so i hope you understood this poems vitality.
