Without you here
I know you're gone for just a week but it feels like so much more
and without contact from you I feel broken at the core.
I miss hanging out with you and having fun pouring coke over each others heads,
so why can't you just come back to me so that my heart won't start to shred.
I listen to your song at home so it can take your place
but now I have it memorized and I still miss your face.
I know I'm being selfish and that I've made you wait longer,
but now that we've switched places I understand that the pain is so much louder.
I know that we're not even yet an official pair,
but it's still hard without you being here.
